Optional Extra’s Table (7’ x 2’) £6 Folding Chairs: £3 each for 3 days.

Note: No electricity.

Fee Charging: Healing/Therapy by Donation only.

No Fixed Prices or Selling of Goods.

Passes: 5 passes included.

Deposit: £60 deposit required to secure booking, plus copies of Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance.

Balance: Due by 1st May 2010.

Individual Healer/Therapist Inside Marquee
Stall Size: 10’ x 6.’ Cost: £40 for 3 days.

Optional Extra’s Table (7’ x 2’) £6 Folding Chairs: £3 each for 3 days.

Readers Maximum Charge Guide: £1.00 per minute & to book own clients at stall.

Passes: 2 passes included.

No subletting unless agreed.

Outside Stall Holder
Max Pitch Size: 20’width x 25’length.

Cost: £160 for 3 days.

No sub letting unless agreed.

Passes: 2 passes included.

Deposit: £60 deposit required to secure booking, plus copies of Public Liability/Indemnity Insurance.

Terms & Conditions
1. Stall or pitch bookings are for the three days inclusive from 09th July to the 11th July 2010.

2. Please provide a full description of stalls/products on your booking form.

3. A Deposit is required when booking and copies of personal liability/indemnity insurance are required at the time of booking.

4. Table/chair allocation are indicated in the Options Section. If you need more chairs, please bring your own. Tables are 7’ x 2’.
5. Only goods /services provided on the booking form are permitted. If you trade with goods or services other than stated on your booking form, you will be asked to leave.

6. Subletting stalls in not permitted. Passes are as indicated in the booking option section.

7. Confirmation of booking will be sent along with further event details and any advertising requirements after your deposit has been received.
 
8. Stalls are to be set up and ready by the time the event opens.

9. The burning of candles or any substance is prohibited.

10. Attaching things to the marquee walls is prohibited. Self-standing wall screens are permitted.

11. Workshop facilitators should supply their own equipment. Electricity is only available on the stage & not in the workshop marquee’s

12. Deposits are non refundable.

13. Cancellation refunds are less deposit paid. Refunds will be given if given with reasonable notice (12th June 2010). No refunds will be given for cancellations are after this date.

14. Please ensure you clear all rubbish at the end of the event.

15. All healing and therapies are to be given for donation only - and no fixed price asked. If goods are to be sold, then please note the cost of pitch/stand will increase to Trade stand prices.
