Secret World is only minutes from the M5 between Bridgwater and Bristol. Take junction 22 or 23 and follow the A38 to Highbridge. At Highbridge take the turning next to a small school, Secret World is about 1 Mile over a small bridge over the M5.

Melvyn Firmager is a great supporter of The Healing Weekend. Nut Tree Farm is a 16th C Farmhouse set in 2 acres of semi-wild garden, orchard and woodland, 1.25 miles from Historic Wedmore. They provide one of the most extensive traditional English and wholefood breakfasts in the UK and happy to cater for special diets. Elm beams and inglenook. They also have our own stone circle within a large and powerful ancient sacred site. Much healing has taken place through the years, especially with the 'Golden Healing Room' visualisations.

General Public
 Access and Car Parking
Entrance and parking details will be advised when you arrive. There will, however, be plenty of car parking space. Parking will be by donation. All funds go to Secret World.

Disabled Provision
Disabled parking is available near the site entrance. Entrance and exits are accessible. The main event is being held outdoors and under canvas. The field is fairly even.

Smoking
There is a no smoking policy at The Healing Weekend.

 Catering and Refreshments
1st Huntspill and Highbridge Scout Group Site
The local Scouts will be running a stall with teas and coffees to raise funds for their group.

Linda Loaf, Glastonbury Somerset
Linda will be supplying Organic Breads, Food, Sandwiches and Cakes prepared and cooked on site, along with Hot Drinks.

Woody's Outside Catering Somerset
Woody's will be offering Premium Burgers, Sausages & Bacon, Jacket Potatoes with various fillings Omelettes, Meat Ball Subs,along with Various Hot & Cold Drinks.

Toilets
Include disabled provision.

First Aid
The First Aid Marquee will be run by Julie and Lee of Jalee First Aid. Julie and Lee are both Health & Safety Executive (HSE) approved. www.jaleefirstaid.co.uk  

General Office/ Lost Property and Children
For the above and any general site enquiries, this office will be open throughout the event.

Emergency Exits
Will be clearly signposted on site and on the site plans.

Children
Children are very welcome at the event. Parents are responsible for supervising and maintaining their child's safety and whereabouts at all times. Children are not permitted to roam unsupervised for their own safety and the safety of others, both people and animals. There will be a creche facility on site. Details will be issued nearer the time. 

Bringing Animals on Site
Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. We are located in a wildlife sanctuary and there will be many people attending.
If you wish to bring a small pet for healing, again, you are most welcome to do so. However, they must be brought to, and taken from, the event in a suitable pet carrier. If you wish to bring a horse for treatment from one of the specialist animal therapists, please do not use the public entrance. Directions will be given for you to take your animal to a side entrance, avoiding crowds.  

Ticket Office Marquee
All tickets for evening shows and workshops will be available at the on site ticket office marquee.

Daily Workshops, Demonstrations, Workshops, Talks and Performances
The Healing Weekend Programme will contain all what's on listings. There will also be more detailed information about the programme available outside the ticket office, main marquee and workshop marquees.  The programme may be subject to change or addition.
