Ticket Office Marquee

Access and Car Parking
Parking stewards will show you where to park when you arrive. The car park is free and also a free shuttle bus if you need it, running throughout the day during the event and after the evening show.
For those who have not been before, The Healing Weekend site map is above - the event spans both fields as indicated featuring around 180 exhibitors. A full programme of performances, workshops and talks are there for you to enjoy, and of course fabulous food and great company that we have now become famous for. Our red shirt crew are always available to help if you need it.
The event is held outdoors and under canvas. The field is fairly even, but it is a field nonetheless, and bumpy in places with some uneven spaces as it is farmland. It is also quite a large area, so wheelchair users would be wise to have someone come with them to help if needed.
Entrance and exits are accessible. Toilets include disabled provision.
There is limited disabled parking at the front of the site, but that should not deter as we have a free car park just a few hundred yards away, with free shuttle buses running back and forth each day … and after each evening show. You may also be dropped off by the entrance.
There is no cash machine at the event. Please follow the links to find out where the nearest cashpoints are in the area.
There is a no smoking policy in enclosed areas at The Healing Weekend.
Catering and Refreshments
We have an excellent range of caterers onsite.
Include disabled provision at various locations onsite.
The First Aid Post can be found by the field entrance. Please ask any red shirt crew member in the event that a First Aider is required and they will radio for help at once.
Lost Property and Children
Please report to The Information/Ticket Office Marquee which is located at the top end of the main field, in front of the Performance Marquee.
Children are very welcome at the event. Parents are responsible for supervising and maintaining their child's safety and whereabouts at all times. Children are not permitted to roam unsupervised for their own safety and the safety of others, both people and animals. There will be children's activities and workshops on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the top field.
Bringing Animals on Site
Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. We are located in a wildlife sanctuary and there will be many people attending.
Daily Workshops, Demonstrations, Workshops, Talks and Performances
The printed Healing Weekend Programme contains all what's on listings. There will also be more detailed information about the programme available inside the ticket office, Performance Marquee and Workshop Marquees. The programme may be subject to change or addition.
Photography and Filming
Whilst you are welcome to take personal photos or film at the event, no images taken at the event can be used for commercial use by any individual or company without prior agreement and written consent from THWA. This does not mean people cannot share memories and celebrate the event, but is geared towards a growing number of people coming to use the event to get photographs and footage for other purposes.
Please report any incidence of unauthorised photography or anyone asking for interviews to Ron or Elaine.
