The World of Dowsing Demonstration with Audience Participation with Kit Temple
An active dowsing workshop where health dowser Kit Temple will teach you to use dowsing’s many applications. We will learn about dowsing our food, dowsing earth energies, map dowsing, dowsing auras, dowsing for crystals and dowsing to heal people. Pendulums will be provided for the session,and non-dowsers are very welcome as there is a 95% success rate from past Healing Weekend workshops in people new to dowsing being able to get successful responses.
Dowsing Basics – We will get non-dowsers started by seeing dowsing work ‘automatically’ (we won’t say what should happen, so those who are a little sceptical won’t think that a certain thing is happening because the speaker said it would – this is a fun demonstration to get people started where they can see something amazing happen by themselves). We will then learn the various signals a pendulum will give.

For an hour, this workshop will take you on a journey to get reacquainted with your body and nervous system using basic boxing techniques (non-contact). We will use a variety of movements including stance, guard, jabs, and hooks to help you get acquainted with your inner warrior, embracing your strength and vulnerability to; take up space, express yourself and build on self-care.
Hey, I'm George. I'm a Clinical Psychologist and dedicated Boxing Coach. Specialising in body-based therapies, I integrate non-contact boxing classes and embodied life coaching to support people in coming home to their bodies and reconnecting with themselves. Having been described as full of energy and at times like 'Tigger', I was in my element when I found boxing. I found boxing in later life, entering in to my first charity boxing fight at the ripe age of 34 years old. Movement has always been a big part of my life and I've dabbled in a few different kinds - burlesque, dance, watersports to name a few! I'm passionate about creating a community for women who have experienced trauma or struggle with confidence and this is what led me to develop and offer a way of moving to support women to embrace and unleash their anger in healthy ways, while embracing their strength and vulnerability.
