Access and Car Parking
Parking stewards will show you where to park in our free car park when you arrive. There is a free shuttle bus to bring you both to and from the event. Last bus for the daytime is 6pm and after the evening shows at 10.00pm. Campers and exhibitors who are staying at Merry Farm can use the designated What’s App Group to arrange pick up to and from the site with their own designated vintage bus. This incudes early morning runs for exhibitors.

Disabled Provision
The event is held outdoors and under canvas. The field is fairly even, but it is a field nonetheless, and bumpy in places with some uneven spaces as it is farmland.  It is also quite a large area, so wheelchair users would be wise to have someone come with them to help if needed.

Entrance and exits are accessible. Toilets include disabled provision.

Disabled parking will be available at the front for Blue Badges only, but is limited. Once these spaces have gone, parking will be in our car park with free shuttle bus to and from the site. Drop off directly outside is possible too. No car parking is permitted for safety reasons on the grass verges of New Road.

Cash Facilities
There is no cash machine at the event. Please follow the links to find out where the nearest cashpoints are in the area. Most stands take card payments.

Children
Children are very welcome at the event. Parents are responsible for supervising and maintaining their child's safety and whereabouts at all times. Children are not permitted to roam unsupervised for their own safety and the safety of others, both people and animals. There will be children's activities and workshops on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bringing Animals on Site
Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. We are located adjacent to a wildlife sanctuary and there will be many people attending.

Daily Workshops, Demonstrations, Workshops, Talks and Performances
The printed Healing Weekend Programme contains all what's on listings. There will also be more detailed information about the programme available inside the ticket office, Performance Marquee and Workshop Marquees. The programme may be subject to change or addition.

Photography and Filming
Whilst you are welcome to take personal photos or film at the event, no images taken at the event can be used for commercial use by any individual or company without prior agreement and written consent from THWA. This does not mean people cannot share memories and celebrate the event, but is geared towards a growing number of people coming to use the event to get photographs and footage for other purposes.
Please report any incidence of unauthorised photography or anyone asking for interviews to Elaine.
