General Information
The event will take place on New Road Farm land. We would encourage early booking of stalls and pitches to avoid disappointment. Please note that there will be limited generator electricity for this event to all Main Marquee stands and Performance Marquee.

Over the past  years, we have listened and taken into account the opinions of many supporters and tried to bring together an event which respects the views, goodwill and spirit which we have all built together. Fees and charges reflect this feedback. To make it all work requires goodwill and integrity, which we know we all share.

There will be workshop space available during the event. Please see booking details for more information. If you would like to run a workshop, please provide titles and full descriptions of a few paragraphs for consideration by email to elaine@elainefenton.co.uk. We are always oversubscribed with applications, but do our best to encourage new applicants each year as well as honouring the very popular workshops which are always well attended.

If you need to find somewhere to stay during the event, local accommodation can be sourced via The Healing Weekend web site www.thehealingweekend.co.uk  There are also numerous holiday parks in area. Early booking is advisable in this busy tourist area. For camping we have our official campsite at Merry Farm, just a short distance away. For all enquiries and to book, please follow this link

For directions, simply come off the M5 at Junction 22 and follow the AA signs. There is a Google Map reference and postcode on the website for those who need it. Once at the event, there will be plenty of parking available and plenty of toilets, caterers and refreshments. For further information, please refer to the web site or if there are any questions, please get in touch with Ron or myself.
